A strong sense of community can build resilient neighborhoods and establish a sense of belonging for Plano residents. The Plano Tomorrow Sense of Community component is part of the Social Environment and includes policies for placemaking and public spaces, arts and culture, heritage preservation, community building, and community involvement and participation.
